The Photographer

I'm Sofi your newborn photographer living and working in the great area of Fort Bend County. I am also a mom to a vibrant two year old and I also love reading, drawing and spending time with my family. I’ve always had a huge interest with photography stemming back to my high school years. I’m a self taught artist and photographer with over 10 years experience and four of those years focusing on the fine craft of newborn photography which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am known to pay attention to the smallest details with newborn safety being my ultimate priority. I take great pride in my work and my passion is shown through each photograph of these tiny little humans we call “babies”.

I'm a new mom myself and now completely understand the importance of documenting these special moments you want to cherish forever.

I have spent many hours teaching myself about the intriguing world of newborn photography along with taking mentoring classes/workshops and picking up newer skills from some of the top known photographers in this industry. I also take great pride in offering the highest quality of images and providing you with the priceless images of your newest addition to your family that will last for a lifetime.

I’ve been featured on Houston Voyage’s Magazine, Latina’s Magazine FB page, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News and many newspapers. Along with photography, I'm a portrait artist/painter and full time police officer in Fort Bend County and served in law enforcement since 2007.

Newborns are my passion and greatest love. Every single little thing I just love! A mini newborn session typically lasts one hour. This session is great for those simple and sweet photos to share with family and friends. It is a good idea to book as early as possible to ensure availability. Newborn sessions are typically scheduled between 7 and 14 days old, though exceptions will be made if the baby had an extended hospital stay. Newborn sessions are only held in the studio in Rosenberg,TX.
